Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering! This session is designed specifically for new graduate students enrolled in thesis-based programs at the Faculty of Engineering.

We will cover the following topics:

  • Key dates and deadlines
  • Thesis requirements and milestones
  • Working effectively with your thesis supervisor
  • Scholarships and research funding opportunities
  • Academic integrity and plagiarism
  • Strategies to complete your thesis and program on time
  • Career preparation and professional development
  • Student support services and resources

Please note: A separate session for course- or project-based (non-thesis) programs will be held the same day. If you are enrolled in a non-thesis program, please register for that session instead.
