U.S. Supreme Court temporarily restores access to the abortion pill
Context:
The U.S. debate over the abortion pill mifepristone revolves around a conflict between the FDA's expanded access measures, such as telehealth prescriptions and mail delivery, and state abortion bans along with federal lawsuits questioning the drug's safety and original approval. Recently, the Supreme Court has ruled that the abortion pill mifepristone can continue to be accessed by mail.
