The OLBI congratulates Jérémie Seror on his appointment as interim vice-dean, of governance at the Faculty of Arts. In light of this change, Catherine Elena Buchanan, who was assistant director of the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI), was named acting director of the OLBI on March 1, 2023.
“Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined myself becoming the director of OLBI,” says Catherine Buchanan. Given their strong team dynamic, Catherine and Jérémie plan to foster and maintain the partnership between the Faculty of Arts and the OLBI. We wish them all the best during this transition.
