Create your own simple, nutritious and budget-friendly study snacks at interactive stations while picking up practical, evidence-based nutrition and food safety tips. Chat with a registered dietitian and the Peer Wellness Team, connect with the University of Ottawa Students Union to learn about its food insecurity initiatives (including the Food Bank and Fed Up program), and take home free snacks and easy snack recipes.
