Mini Medical School is a series of entertaining and educational lectures on medicine and health that offers participants a unique glimpse into the world of health care.

This public event is a unique opportunity to learn more about the health care system, satisfy your curiosity about the human body, and better understand the major health issues facing our society. Each session combines basic science topics (such as anatomy and physiology) with real clinical cases in each lecture so participants can experience "being a doctor."

Launched in 2004 by the University of Ottawa, the program has grown in popularity, with over 2,200 people having “graduated” from it. While it won’t make you a doctor, it will teach you a great deal about health care and related disciplines.
