Schedule of the writing retreat (December 3rd)
- 9:00 a.m. : Motivating coffee break: Connecting and advancing together over coffee and treats. Icebreaker activity. (45 minutes)
- 9:45 a.m. : Writing block (1 hour)
- 10:45 a.m. : Break (15 min)
- 11:00 a.m. : Workshop offered by the Library (Presenter: Yohann Cottin, Specialist, Scholarly Communication: Learn how to prepare and submit your thesis with confidence. This workshop will cover common questions such as formatting, embargoes, accessibility, and copyright
- 12:00 p.m. : Lunch break (1 hour)
- 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. – 10-minute “speed meetings” with a librarian or a writing mentor, offered during the lunch break! Ask questions, receive guidance, and learn about resources (first come, first served)
- 1:00 p.m. : Writing block
- 3:00 p.m. : End of day
