Custom viral vectors and particles produced by the Faculty of Medicine’s GEM facility
Thursday, November 11, 2021Services at the GEM facility are not limited to CRISPR knock-out and knock-in cell line generation. In addition to our CRISPR guide and human ORFeome libraries we offer a range of services, including custom viral vector generation. For example, we can offer to move ORFs into viral transfer vectors, introduce point mutations and generate lentiviral particles, in addition to offering stable cell line generation if required.
For further information on the services we provide and to discuss how the GEM facility can help advance your research, contact gem@uOttawa.ca.
