Where Change Comes From: My Time in Politics, the Paris Agreement and the Future of Climate Action

Canada’s former Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister of Infrastructure Catherine McKenna reflects on her time in politics, and what she has learned about making change happen — change she believes the world needs now more than ever. (In English)


Canada lags behind on efforts to address human rights abuses in seafood supply chains
WHEN: Tuesday, March 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
WHERE: Fauteux Hall, Room FTX 351; in-person and virtually.
This talk focuses on working conditions on distant water fisheries, how Canadian seafood supply chains are tainted with forced labour, and considers where Canada could do better in terms of potential policies to address these challenges. (In English)
