Jun 18, 2026 — All day
Since 2009, the University of Ottawa Brain and Mind Research Institute has hosted an annual Brain Health Research Day (BHRD) to bring together our research community. This year we will host BHRD on June 18, 2026, at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, in collaboration with the Ottawa Neuroscience and Mental Health Trainees Network (NeuMeTN).
Event Details
This event includes dynamic speakers including an external keynote speaker, as well as short presentations by our clinicians and researchers to describe the broad research in brain health being done at the University of Ottawa Brain and Mind Research Institute and our partner institutions.
Trainees are highlighted during the event through the opportunity to present an oral presentation, display their research in the poster session, and have their scientific images displayed at our event.
Opportunity to win cash awards for top poster and oral presentation.
Please note that we have a limited number of poster boards available and ONLY the first 80 abstract submissions will be considered!
