Human Rights in Iran: A Conversation with Mai Sato
Since December 2025, Iran has been facing a deepening human rights and humanitarian crisis marked by massive state repression affecting thousands of individuals, as well as a widening military conflict. The presentation by Ms. Mai Sato, UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, will focus on her latest report to the UN Human Rights Council and the current human rights situation in Iran.
