Business & human rights: The international advisory opinions on climate change

This webinar will consider the recent ground-breaking advisory opinions on climate change rendered by the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACtHR), and their implications for business and human rights. Experts will discuss the genesis of these cases, the issues before each of the courts, and aspects of the rulings that have implications for the business and human rights normative framework.
