Our mission is to foster collaboration between uOttawa and the Kanata North community to support research and innovation, experiential learning and excellence in education, bridging academia and industry and empowering our partners to make a positive impact.

The Kanata North Technology Park is a thriving innovation district in Ottawa’s west end, home to more than 700 companies and over 33,000 jobs, with an annual economic impact exceeding $16 billion.

The tech park is an R&D hub where global leaders and startups in fields such as cybersecurity, communications, AI, autonomous technology, quantum, semiconductors, and software develop groundbreaking technologies and actively collaborate with strategic academic partners like the University of Ottawa.

The University of Ottawa joined Hub350 as a founding anchor partner in 2021.

Hub 350 is a state-of-the-art global technology centre in Canada’s largest technology park, located just minutes from uOttawa’s Kanata North campus. Home of the original Mitel Networks, Hub350 serves as a gateway to a world-class tech, finance and academic research ecosystem that is thriving in Kanata North.

Since being established, Hub350 has been powered by the Kanata North Business Association (KNBA).
