Overview

The uOttawa Metabolomics Core Facility (MCF) is part of the Metabolomics Innovation Resource of the Goodman Cancer Research Centre (GCRC), the University of Ottawa and the Van Andel Research Institute (VARI), known collectively as MIRGOV. MIRGOV is generously funded through grants from the Terry Fox Research Institute, the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation and the Canadian Foundation for Innovation.

Our goal: To provide cutting-edge targeted metabolomics, untargeted metabolomics and stable isotope tracing analyses to the uOttawa research community, Terry Fox co-investigators and other academic and industrial partners.
