Every billable use of the X-Ray Core Facility must be followed up by the creation of a usage ticket. Please follow these general guidelines below for entering usage tickets:
- Every activity within the X-Ray Core Facility must be followed up by the creation of a usage ticket within 48 h of completion of the activity.
- Trained users are responsible for creating their own usage tickets. X-Ray Core Facility staff will create usage tickets for tasks performed for non-trained clients.
- An additional service fee will be applied for every instance where a facility staff member must create a usage ticket on a trained user’s behalf. This fee does not count towad any discounts or annual caps.
