Professor Suzanne Bouclin has published the second edition of her book Une introduction à la théorie et à la pratique de la résolution des différends (Éditions JFD, 2025).

The book reflects the ongoing shift in Canada and Quebec from a culture of litigation to a culture of agreement. Designed particularly for French-speaking legal professionals, the volume equips readers with the skills needed to guide clients in resolving disputes through the lens of participatory justice. Drawing on insights from law, political science, management, psychology, social work, economics, anthropology, sociology, and industrial relations, the book aims to provide practical tools for building meaningful and creative agreements.
