The University Research Chair in Technology and Society is seeking a research assistant to support research projects on law, regulation, and security of emerging technologies (platforms; AI; cybersecurity; quantum technologies) and assist in the preparation of related reports, articles, and conferences.
Requirements:
Excellent writing skills in French or English; thorough knowledge of QuickLaw, WestLaw (multi-jurisdictional), and HeinOnline.
Knowledge of contract law, torts/civil liability, in civil law and/or common law (knowledge of both is an asset).
