2017 Gina Wilson
Gina is the Deputy Minister of the Status of Women in Canada. She began her career in her First Nation community of Kitigan-Zibi as Executive Director of Health and Social Services and as Director of the Wanaki Treatment Centre and was appointed in 2006 as Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) with Indian Residential Schools Resolution Canada.
2016 David W. Levangie
David is a lawyer and partner in Fogler, Rubinoff LLP's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Ottawa with a BSocSc in criminology and political sciences in 2005 then got a law degree in 2008. He also served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a communications specialist, earning numerous awards.
2015 Marc LeBoutillier
Mr. LeBoutillier is a dynamic business leader who envisions a growing, vibrant Francophone community. With a BSocSc in economics and an MHA, he began his career in health care administration at Montfort Hospital, then became the CEO of the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital.
2014 Julie Kingstone
Julie Kingstone co-founded LiveWorkPlay in 1995, an organization for individuals with intellectual disabilities, to support them to obtain affordable homes and the support they need to succeed, match employees with intellectual disabilities with inclusive local employers and help its members enjoy and contribute to activities and relationships in the community.
2013 Arnold Amber
Arnold has taught part-time and published several chapters in books on African politics and televised election debates. He had a journalism career at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and won three Gemini Awards for producing the best television news specials. He is currently the President of Canadian Journalists for Free Expression (CJFE).
