The international experiential learning course (international internship) is a course as well as a work experience. It is a 12-week unpaid internship worth 6 units for undergraduate students.
Master’s and doctoral students will receive 3 units in their program of study.
All students interested in applying must schedule a meeting with the coordinator before submitting their application form. The meeting must take place BEFORE January 30, 2026 at 4 p.m. during our office hours. Email fssinter@uOttawa.ca to confirm your student number and availability.
Join us on January 19, 2026 from 12:00 to 2 p.m. to learn about the international experiential learning course and meet the NGO partners. The online session will take place via Zoom.
P.S.: The host country and local partner are subject to change based on the NGO and the local organization needs.
