We are pleased to announce a new workshop on Processing and statistical analysis of metabolomics and proteomics data. The workshop will be held in-person from February 11th to 13th, 2026.
This three-day workshop will focus on data preprocessing, visualization and statistical analysis for MS-based proteomics and metabolomics. Statistical analysis will be performed either by using tools and software on existing web sites or using R program. It will also offer an informal Question & Answer session.
The workshop presents a training opportunity for current and future JHMSF users. It is open to graduate students, postdocs, and other researchers in the areas of medicine, biology, biochemistry, food science and bio-analytical chemistry. The participants are offered the opportunity to process their own samples during the workshop The workshop aims to promote omics research and facilitate collaborations within the scientific community across Canada.
At the end of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
The application deadline is February 6th, 2026.
WORKSHOP FEES:
- $200 for students and postdocs
- $300 for other participants
